Join coach Will Murray for a free half hour Zoom session about how to get involved in triathlon. If you haven’t done a multisport race or haven’t done one for a while, in this session you will get information about:

What equipment you need for your training
Where to find support along the way
Benefits of training and racing
How to establish and maintain a useful mindset for your sport
Will Murray is a USA Triathlon-certified coach with a specialty in mental conditioning. He has worked with beginners to Olympians and is coauthor with Craig Howie of The Four Pillars of Triathlon: Vital Mental Conditioning for Endurance Athletes. Will competes in the 65-69 age group, is the mental skills coach for and has been a Boulder Triathlon Club member for too many years to recall.
