Open Water Practice Session in Assocation with BAM (Boulder Aquatic Masters)
(This coincides with the BAM Open Water Swim... https://www.bamswimming.org/events-open-water). 6am Reservoir Gates open and you will pay the gate fee. Drop in fee (or punch) for the BAM Open Water swim may be required as well.
Session Covers:
- Review the physiology and psychology key points
- Practice warm up, pacing and recovering
- Discuss wet suit implications and how to address them
- Complete practice sets in preparation for longer reaches
